Your physician, on a membership — not a claim

For patients who do not carry insurance, or who would rather not use it, Direct Primary Care replaces the billing cycle with a periodic membership and a longer appointment.

We offer direct primary care services for your medical needs if you do not carry insurance or choose not to use an insurance plan. A periodic monthly payment covers the primary care services defined under your membership agreement, and free consultations are available to learn more about the plan before you commit.

The trade is simple. Without claims to file and codes to justify, visits can run as long as the problem needs, you can reach the practice directly, and the price is known in advance rather than arriving weeks later as an explanation of benefits.

What membership is built around

Extended appointments — time allocated to the problem, not to the billing code
Direct access to the practice for questions between visits
Priority scheduling for acute concerns
Care coordination when you do need a specialist or hospital
Transparent, predictable monthly cost with no claim submitted
In-office diagnostics that keep you out of urgent care

Common questions

No. Direct Primary Care is not an insurance product and does not replace coverage for hospitalization, surgery or specialist care. Many members pair a membership with a high-deductible or catastrophic plan.

Membership is priced by plan and is set out in your agreement. Because the details depend on which services you want included, we go through them with you on a free consultation — call the office and we will walk you through it with no obligation.

Yes. Your membership covers the primary care services defined in the agreement. Labs, imaging, medications, specialists and hospital care are handled separately and can still go through your insurance.

You are welcome either way. The practice also sees patients under the traditional fee-for-service model using their insurance carrier — Direct Primary Care is an option, not a requirement.
