Inside the practice

A look around before you come in

Photographs of our Boca Raton office — the waiting area, the exam rooms, and the people you will actually meet.

In the exam room

Examinations are carried out by Dr. Siram herself. Blood pressure and other vitals are taken in the room during your visit.

Reception and check-in

Check in at the desk when you arrive. Registering on the patient portal beforehand means there is less to do on the day.

On the day

From the parking lot to the follow-up

Knowing the shape of a visit takes some of the weight out of it — particularly for a first appointment.

01

Arrive and check in

Bring your photo ID and insurance card. Registering through the patient portal beforehand means there is less to do when you arrive.

02

Vitals and history

Your vital signs and the reason for your visit are recorded, along with your current medication list.

03

The visit itself

The conversation and examination with Dr. Siram — including your medications, and the parts of your life that shape the numbers.

04

Testing, if it is needed

An EKG, spirometry, a dipstick, a glucose check or a blood draw, done here while you are still in the building.

05

The plan

What was found, what happens next, and what to watch for — with anything you need available afterwards in the patient portal.

Still deciding?

Ask us anything before you commit.

If you are weighing up moving your care here, call either office and ask whatever you need to — how a first appointment works, what to bring, or whether a particular concern is something we handle. No obligation either way.
