We build and maintain this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the standard most widely referenced for public-facing sites, and the one that covers contrast, keyboard operability, text alternatives, reflow and predictable behaviour.
Conformance is a direction rather than a certificate. Sites change, content is added, and new pages can introduce problems the last audit did not see. We treat an accessibility defect the same way we treat a broken link: as something to fix, not something to argue about.
